Come fly with me

Horribly wet and grey again today in London but yesterday was a gloriously sunny day so still some time for those Dragons that haven’t laid eggs to do so. For that’s what’s going on here, the front Dragon is the male and they fly in tandem in this way whilst the female flicks her tail down onto the surface of the aquatic vegetation. It should probably be mentioned that the reason isn’t because the male has any emotional attachment to his mate, rather he’s just guarding his genetic future…
