There is no longer a licensed product to kill it… but Armillatox was, and works absolutely brilliantly. We had an awful infestation a few years back that looked like it would spread and kill much of our surrounding hawthorn hedge. Two drench-the-ground applications of Armillatox (which was then licensed for said usage) sorted the problem, and *touch wood* it hasn't recurred.
